We want you to have a smooth and worry-free experience with Naptick.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • It should be in its original packaging

  • You must have proof of purchase


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused by us)

  • Items returned without original packaging


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Replacement (if applicable)

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

We will arrange a replacement or solution as soon as possible.


Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After that, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.


Return Shipping

In some cases, customers may need to bear the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.
