At NAPTICK, we work to deliver your order quickly and reliably.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Free shipping

All US orders ship free of charge.

Processing & delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Total delivery time: 10–14 business days from order to door.
  • You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Delays

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to high demand or carrier delays. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of shipment, please contact us.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. NAPTICK is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or stolen packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact support@naptick.com and we will help investigate with the carrier.
