At NAPTICK, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

60-Night Risk-Free Trial

Try NAPTICK for 60 nights from the day your device arrives. If it doesn't help you sleep, return it for a full refund — no questions asked. We cover the return shipping label within the United States.

How to start a return

  • Email us at support@naptick.com within 60 nights of receiving your order.
  • The device should be in its original packaging and resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • It may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or wrong item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please email support@naptick.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Warranty

Every NAPTICK device is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty applies to issues that arise during normal use after the 60-night trial window.

Founder Edition members

If you purchased a Founder Edition device, your NAPTICK+ access is included for life at no additional charge. This subscription benefit is non-refundable but stays with you regardless of return eligibility.
